Encases the caster in a layer of frost that lasts 30 min. The thick ice increases armor by 12, slows melee attackers' movement to 40%, and increases the time between their attacks by 100%.

How it works

Each cast of Frost Armor costs 10 Mana. It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
