How it works

Each cast of Shadow Bolt costs 90 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Shadow Bolt is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 2300. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is effect type 77, which the datamine does not name.

What it does

Shadow Bolt is a Shadow spell with an instant cast and a range of 45 yards. When cast it deals Shadow damage (base value 2300).

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70338. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
