Hand of A'dal

If you had the quest before the 3.0.2 patch, you will still be able to get the title.

Did someone know there was a Right Hand of A'dal?

Just completed the achievement today!

I did NOT have the original vials quest in my log, as I completed it already back during BC.

I ran this script just to make sure I completed the correct quest back then :

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(10445))

^ ^ just copy / paste this into your chat log ^ ^

1 = completed
nil = uncompleted

If it says - "1" you completed the original vials quest, and you can get title
If it says - "nil" you did not compete the original vials quest and cannot get the title
This is the 100% sure way to tell if you can get this title or not.

After this, I went back into SSC, and killed Fathom-Lord Karathress.
Accepted the quest from the NPC that was released from the cage behind him.
Completed the entire quest line, and on the last part where you escort Akama into black temple, the achievement popped.
