Solo'd as lvl 904 fury warrior. It's a pure dps race, as soon as Rusted Iron Totem is dropped you have 60 seconds to kill the Shaman.
I used a Defiled Augment Rune, charged in to Wavebinder Kardris, popped all my cooldowns and nuked them down. They died with about 8s to go on the Iron Prison timer.
