As of march 1st 2016, you can complete this achievement in one day. Here's how it goes :
1) Build stables level 1 (takes one hour).
2) Complete the intro quest (talbuk).
3) Log out then back in and you should get a daily quest.
4) Complete it.
5) Repeat 3 and 4 until you have the achievement. Logging out then back in gives you a new daily quest.

If you run into a problem where you no longer recieve daily quests from the stables (like me) this is what i did to resolve the issue:
Mount up on a GROUND mount inside your garrison, run out of the garrison on the ground mount (run abit further then just outside).
When you are outside the garrison, relog.
Log back in and mount up on a GROUND mount again, run into the garrison and do another relog.This fixed the issue for me, i think it has something to do with leaving the garrison on flying mounts that bugs it.
Anyone know why this isn't account-wide, but the follow up is?
