Requisition a Riverbeast

$%^& this quest, &*!@ it to hell.

I was able to complete this quest without any type of water walking buff.

You just have to stay along the edge of the river and in the shallow water.

There is one point where he'll go under a bridge, and jut over bit left and then back right through some deep water and back to the shore. To handle the deep water part, make sure to gain a little headway in front of him with the leash before heading under the bridge. That way when you have to move slowly through the deep water, you have some time to swim to the shore without the leash breaking.

I also did this at 100 so the mob aggro wasn't bad. Good luck!

I made a small video guide of the path you need to take when not using any waterwalking buffs!

1. Lasso a riverbeast on the south side of the river
2. Run in front of it as it goes under the first bridge
3. Run along the coast, jumping over obstacles
4. Run under the bridge and jump on the stones to not get slowed by the water
5. Swim to the edge
6. Run after the riverbeast until it runs out on the island
7. Enjoy your new friend!
