As of 5.1 this is not a Feat of Strength [FoS] Achievement.
It is now located under "Professions" (Not Quests), in your Achievement Log, and awards 10 AP.
This achieve seems to be tied to RNG due to the way your dailies are selected. From other comments it looks like most get stuck without eitherJumping the Shark orArmored Carp even after hitting exalted, in my case it wasJumping the Shark.
As with other quests linked with an achieve be sure to Dismount first before turning in to ensure you are credited properly. I had to learn this the hard way with many of the Shado-Pan quest achieves.
