For those of you who are more then 1 quest short.. lets say anywhere from 5-10+ the below quest may be just what you are looking for.. it is a prerequisite for the great mother quest line(a very very long questline) the trick is you DO NOT see this quest until you kill the two guards guarding him.. so on your flight around nagrand looking for quests you will not see this The Totem of Kar'dash to save Mag'har Captive after you have finished the above escort quest the great mother quest li

If you are stuck at 86 quests completed, be sure that you check to see if you've done I'm Saved!. It took me forever to figure out what I was missing.
As of 3.0.2, I can confirm that coming and picking up gems through the Membership Benefits quest did give credit for completing one quest.
