Take Out Those Turrets (25 player)

I've gone into Ulduar every week for the last few months on various alts and hadn't been able to do this until I brought someone. You CANNOT solo this. There HAS to be someone thrown on top of Flame Leviathan for the turrets to be targettable. Multiple people can do this at the same time though. But there has to be someone on top of him. So just go in with two vehicles(one must be a Demolisher) and have the other person throw you on top.

Looking down at previous comments saying you don't need to be on top: you don't technically. One person has to be though. Doesn't have to be you but there needs to be at least one person in the raid up there so they *become* targettable.

Up to four Demolisher Passengers can be launched onto the Flame Leviathan. To launch a player, that player must first use Load Into Catapult, after which that Demolishers' driver must stand still to channel Launch Passenger.

Once on the Levitiathen, the passengers can kill four Defense Turrets, which will fire Searing Flame on the passengers. Since patch 3.1.2, these players are no longer hit by Missile Barrage, so the damage sustained is trivial. Passengers on the Leviathan are unable to move, each with 1 turret at melee range and the others at about 10 yard distance, so don't send for example only 3 melee classes if you want to shut the Leviathan down.

After 4 Turrets have been destroyed, Overload Circuits will be activated. This stuns the Leviathan for 20 seconds, makes him take 50% more damage and removes the entire Gathering Speed stack. The passengers will be parachuted into the air and must be picked up by a Chopper to be returned to their Demolisher before the stun wears off.

For this achievement just destroying 1 turret is enough, Overload Circuits does not have to be activated. Only the player that delivers the killing blow gets the achievement, at the moment the Turret is killed.

You do not need to be thrown from a Demolisher to target or kill the turrets. I got this easily by jumping out of the vehicle i was in for a few seconds and using any ranged attacks i had they dont have much health so it will go down pretty quickly.

Edit: It would seem that for the turrets to be able to be targeted from the ground at least 1 person must be thrown at them from a catapult first.
