North east in the the boss room there's an Enchanted Plant (looks like Eonar's Gift (the trees) that spawn on the Freya fight in Ulduar) that has 850k hp in 25 man mode. The plant takes damage during the night phase of the encounter and just needs to be healed up. During the Day phase it didn't take any noticeable damage.
Pretty simple and easy achievement, even a hybrid class throwing out a couple of heals would probably be enough. Our Enchanted Plant only took 1.3M damage throughout the entire fight.

For those with healing priests in their raid: a few Renews during the night phases was enough to keep the plant alive, and Cascade does bounce to it.
