Just tried soloing this guy on my DK, did it many times during Shadowlands. Now he hits you with a stun attack about every 3 seconds and it stuns you for 5 seconds. Tried changing out of blood to unholy to let my pet take aggro but he kills the pet to quickly. I hate how Blizzard takes away your power every expansion.
If you're on the Crucible of Storms precursor quest line Twist the Knife that started with The Azsharan Medallion, Yenajz will be phased from you (and anyone who isn't on the quest line) and you won't be able to fight him. Finish out the quest, and then you'll be able to see his ugly mug.
