As Exalted with the [faction=1015], I received the following dialog option upon accepting the quest:

(Quest) I have helped the Netherwing before. I can tell you about it."

Clicking the above completes the quest criteria, and the following additional dialog appears:

<You tell Wrathion of how you worked with the Netherwing leader to infiltrate and ultimately free their flight from the Dragonmaw in Outland.>
Thank you <name>, you are a font of knowledge! This is more than Sabellian was able to tell me.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I suspect Vyranoth might also be interested in recruiting new dragons to our cause... but she'll need a little convincing. I just so happen to be very good at convincing. I'll speak with Vyranoth, and we'll meet you in Valdrakken once she's decided to join us.
