Starts with [npc=208143] too.

Unlike with Loam, this quest does not become available until after you've handed in Home in the Dream from the zone opening sequence, so there is no instant free completion possible on the first week.

Edit: However alts can pick this up early once you've opened up the campaign on your main, and get the 'free' first week completion for doing the start of the campaign. Or just doing dailies et cetera.

How to complete this consistently in about fifteen minutes finishing the Emerald Dream weeklies and half of Aiding the Accord also (for the other half A Worthy Ally: Loamm Niffen and/or Community Feast is recommended):

  1. Accept Aiding the Accord: Superbloom or Aiding the Accord: Emerald Bounty.

  2. Accept The Superbloom and Blooming Dreamseeds.

  3. Do the Superbloom, look for nearby Seeds as it's happening and get at least 2x Bloom 50+ for [item=210225] (500 rep).

  4. Finish The Superbloom and use [item=211416] (1500 rep).

If you only care about completing A Worthy Ally: Dream Wardens and the appropriate Accord:

If you only care about A Worthy Ally: Dream Wardens:

  • Both tokens once is hands down the fastest.

  • [item=211416] + 2x 50+ Bloom.

  • [item=210421] + 4x 50+ Bloom.

Description

So much change to that which should be unchanging... Rarely has the Dream seen such turmoil. It is meant to be a place of peace. Of life. Champion, we need all the help we can get. I bid you go forth and bring aid to the expanse of the Dream. I have no doubt the Dream will share its plenty with you in return.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
