A Foul Annoyance is a quest for level 50 in Vale of Eternal Blossoms, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards 6,800 experience and money.
The Hozen are opportunistic and weak. It does not surprise me that some of their kind have thrown their lot in with the Old Gods.
We should take care of them before they become more than a nuisance.

Fly to one end of the zone to pick up the quest, fly all the way back to the other end to do the quest, now fly back to the pickup location again to turn it in. At least it doesn't involve a low drop rate item, otherwise this quest might have won worst daily of the expac award.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
