TheWoWDBInstructions in the quest provide an Optional path - take the portal in the Crumbled Palace (Azsuna) to Stormwind/Orgrimmar, and then the portal to Boralus/Zul'dazar. Basically get back to Silithus however you want.

Funny how Blizzard has you take a portal to get to Highmountain and do this quest, but doesn't give you a portal back to the chamber. I don't know if they did that on purpose, but it drives me nuts each time I take an alt.
Ok, this one was a bit confusing for me, hopefully I can help. So after you climb the ramp in the instance and talk to Navorrogg and chose "I am ready", it puts you outside the instance in Highmountain with no further direction.
Clicking on Ebonhorn just shows "I will meet you in the chamber"
I could not find a way to teleport back to Silithus from there so I went to back to Zuldazar and took the portal back to Silithus and then clicked on the triangle to take me back into the chamber.
the quest log says to go to Dalaran then back to Orgrimmar which would then take you to Silithus.
If there was a quicker way please let me know. Judging from all the people standing around outside the instance I think more people were confused.
