Two NPCs can finish this quest. After its completion, both have next quests.
[npc=157696] gives Part of the Pride
and [npc=158765] gives Phalynx Malfunction along with quest from his steward - Resource Drain.
BUT choose only ONE NPC and do the whole questline from him/her, as then you'll get another quest to go to the next one (that is if you care about completing as much possible quests as you can).
