To complete this quest you need to talk with the Greeter and visit four stations nearby.
All of them are around the quest giver and can be visited clockwise (or counter).
In the pool area you need to use extra button when staying in the water, at others just interact with proper things.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

  • Pardon Our DustBastion · Level 10-51

Ah yes, the Greeter. It seems this Mnemis unit has been deactivated. Anima has been so scarce of late, and with no new souls entering our gates... I suppose it was a prudent measure. Anima is our most precious resource, after all. There are some centurions nearby.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Trouble in ParadiseBastion · Level 10-51

I have given your presence here some thought, <name>. It is clear to me that you are no ordinary arrival from Oribos. I do not know why you are here, nor what you hope to achieve. That alone is simply unprecedented. You must understand... individuals do not merely come to Bastion on a whim.
