Starting with An Unworthy Task and ending at Paid in Lifeblood[item=133818]Murlocs: The Next Generation You can reach this area by completing Hemet Nesingwarys quests (See Salt and Pepper Shank quest location for Hemet area) and competing That Guy in the Costume

The 6 easiest recipes you can get to quickly complete this quest are:

[item=133820] which drops from any Drogbar in the broken isles
[item=133827] which drops from Mordvigbjorn
[item=133812] which is a quest reward from Shriek No More, you only need to complete A Village in Peril before it which is extremely quick and easy
[item=133817] which requires you gather a [item=141011] from [npc=99720] (or other crabs in Suramar) & [item=141012] from [npc=110043] in Suramar (again, any Suramar stag or doe can drop it)
[item=133826] is the final recipe which you obtain from meeting NomiUsing these 6 recipes you can quickly unlock food researching with as little time and effort as possible (though Surf & Turf could take a few minutes depending on your luck).
For those who are completionists (and for those who didn't have the Cooking skill trained when questing through zones) there are a few recipes which are drops.
