A Good Heart is a quest for level 60 in Maldraxxus. It is step 6 of 12 in the Soul Survivors storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Maldraxxus at 23.8, 38.7. It rewards 8,150 experience and money.

Description

Despite the beliefs of most people, Emeni has a kind heart. Err...at least she will have one, once you give it to her!

I can think of no one better than you, Maw Walker, to give Emeni a new heart. Perhaps this will warm her blood towards you. You might become friends or even soulbinds!

Please select and place a heart in Emeni's construct.

As far as I'm aware, selecting different hearts has no effect on the outcome of the quest. Will edit if I find something.

Edit: I chose the kind Heart and received the line "We will be powerful allies, Maw Walker. But not friends. I do not have 'friends'." Which is no different from any other choice as far as I've seen. (Edit at the request of Trants). I also was unable to determine any possible differences in Emeni's dialog after receiving her as a Soulbind, appears to be an inconsequential decision thus far.
