I picked this quest up while running to a group quest so didn't pay much attention to it at the time, came back to it later and started killing naga without getting credit and thought it was bugged... Came back later and realised I had to talk to Korl and mount him for this quest

This quest can be skewed from view if you have the quest Scouting Undercover in your logs. It took me a while to figure this out and I thought I was denied a 3rd follower quest. This turned out to be the issue.
