If you go into the cave and don't find enough echoes, pull the Primordial Aberration by standing in the big blue sphere, then kill him. He drops a bunch.
Like most of the Heroic tier content, the Primordial Aberration is very overtuned. Recommend bringing help unless you're a tank.

It did not drop any for me. Stuck on 7/10 with no more around. So doesn't look like they are guaranteed. Edit - Killed it again and it dropped a lot around the cave. Dear knows why it didn't drop any the first time.
