Knocking Off the Top (Heroic) is a quest for level 90, added in Midnight. It rewards money.
Even the most ruthless of creatures falter when they see their greatest champions crumble to ash.
Remind our enemies here just how quickly their leaders fall!
Let them know just how unrelenting and vicious you monsters of Azeroth really are! Bring me the Void Commander's Emblems and I will reward you accordingly.

this is most likely a once a week item, Blizzard prolly intends for this to be time gated as it rewards a mythic track item. They did the something similar with the pvp quests over 4 weeks that awarded the heroic track item at the start of the expansion.
What were the playtesters doing. Do they even exist at blizzard?

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
