TheWoWDBHe is in Horde Inn. While you are transformed into Blood Elf , the horde guards do not teleport you outside. Just go there and speak with Magister Hathorel and he will provide the blades. Simple quest

Description
I've placed an enchantment on the tabard that should allow you to slip past the Sunreaver Sanctuary's defenses for a short period of time. You should have enough time to find your way into The Filthy Animal and meet up with the Sunreaver contact there, one Magister Hathorel. Obtain the copy of Ancient Dragonforged Blades that his men borrowed from Wyrmrest while your disguise holds, and return it to me.
