I stalled on the quest A Mourneblade Born. I searched and found I had completed the quests up to A Mourneblade Born but this quest never got started. However, I eventually found that I needed to complete the LFR "An Audience With Arrogance" and kill off Sire Denathrius for A Mourneblade Born to start and Bolvar sends you to General Draven in Revendreth. I hope this helps someone.
The nearby protectors just stand there. They are oddly worthless. A supreme threat like the Jailor attacking in such a fashion and the dont do a thing.
