A Pandaren Legend

I've gone ahead and translated the names of the cloaks, based on their names in the Chinese localization:

Qian-Le (千离, Qiān Lí) means "thousand departures."
Xing-Ho (心火, Xīn Huǒ) means "heart fire."
Jina-Kang (吉康, Jí Kāng) means "good health."
Fen-Yu (忿欲, Fèn Yù) means "intense desire."
Gong-Lu (刚禄, Gāng Lù) means "strong blessing."
Qian-Ying (千嬴, Qiān Yíng) means "thousand victories."

With [item=102457] you can upgrade your epic Celestial Cloak of Virtue to the legendary cloak.
The stats are the same, but a procc is added.

[item=98146] upgrades to [item=102250]
[item=98335] upgrades to [item=102245]
[item=98147] upgrades to [item=102249]
[item=98148] upgrades to [item=102248]
[item=98149] upgrades to [item=102247]
[item=98150] upgrades to [item=102246]

The upgrade will clear all enchants and gems.
The upgrade will set the item level upgrades to 2/2.

Offspec capes can be purchased for 10,000 g from [npc=70436], as also another [item=102457] to upgrade it for 125 g.

Hello all!

I wanted to give you some clarification about the cloaks. Keep in mind that the quest chain continues where you left it. That means that if you choose the healer cloak with spirit, when upgrading it with the [item=102457], you’ll receive the healing cloak.

But we have good news! If you want to change the cloak you chose, you have the possibility of buying a new cloak from Blacktalon Quartermaster, along with the [item=102457].

Please, keep also in mind the cloak and the Timeless Essence will only be available once you've completed the relevant quests:

• For buying the cloaks, you need to have the quest Cloak of Virtue completed.
•

• For buying the [item=102457], you need to have the quest A Pandaren Legend completed.
