Not sure if they changed the chain but I completed Winterspring, Theramore, Jade Forest, Booty Bay, and Crystalsong Forest (the last 5 in this chain) but never got these earlier quests... (or at least the versions linked here - maybe there's Horde/Alliance versions?).
same issue... can't seem to get those 5 going.. done the locations done the first 10 quests...
