TheWoWDBI did this quest today. I picked up the leaves from the box, but didn't have any new recipes to craft for the quest. I had to run out of the circle on your map away from the box you get the items from and when I ran back in the new recipes popped up that you need to complete the quest.

Hello, so, my brain didn't want to slow down, so it took me a moment to connect the dots. I'm just going to share just in case anyone slips up like me.
When the Alchemy World Quest is active, you go to Hero's Rest and collect the chest in the center at roughly 52, 47. It will give you three Quest Recipes: Pulverized Breezebloom, Distilled Resolve, and Flast of Measured Discipline. Start by making the three Pulverized Breezebloom, then the Distilled Resolve, and then the Flask of the Measured Discipline to complete the quest.
