TheWoWDBTo get to this secluded World Quest, you can either run through the Necrotic Wake and all its enemies (this is probably the shorter path), or you can use the following coordinates as a path (this path has fewer to no enemies):
Starting at the Hero's Rest anima gateway point on the west side of Hero's Rest:
Follow path north to 44.6, 43.6
Turn left toward 40.5, 43.0, making sure to jump over the gap in the stone bridge (otherwise you might fall through-- but if you do fall, the path back up is super close. Just turn right immediately after falling: path back up starts at 40.8, 41.8, turn right again and the stone bridge is right there)
Head toward 36.1, 45.7, where there's a gap in the rock that leads to the World Quest area.I hope this helps!

Follow up - Ran away, picked 1 herb, came back and it worked.....
BTW - You can use Sky Golem and you don't get dismounted.
