Ok, So this is one of the best references I found so far into SL. The golden text on reward and the name is a homage to a popular early 90's cartoon by the name "Darkwing Duck". The "Let's get dangerous" is the catchphrase of the Darkwing. Highly recommended to watch it, if you don't have already.
Ps. A month or so ago they announced new season at Disney+.
For Hunters, yes it is tameable, and you can repeatedly re summon if you don't hand in the quest, just have to wait a minute or so. Once you hand it in you lose the whistle.
