In order to do the fishing WQ, a SL fishing skill of 25 is required. This can be from +fishing skill items. However, without the items equipped, the WQ does not show on the map - go figure...

On This WQ You need to catch 5 [item=181954] in pond 53 33. I got them after 8 trials.reward is 20 Lost Sole.
