I had to log on the specific character I did this questline on back in Dragonflight to be able to pick up this quest. Checked on a few characters before but it was not available to them.

Description
The waygate sits just behind me. There is no way to tell how long we have until the waning enchantment on this vessel fades, or even worse, breaks. That amount of unstable energy being released could be catastrophic. Shall we continue?
