TheWoWDBIf u are like me and just flew away after getting the quest...
The two mobs they ask us to kill spawn in the same area u get the quest from, right behind you after you investigate the object over the console.
Took me a awful long time to realize that.
Kill them (about 1M health each), get the orb they drop, place it over the console a chest will spawn right by it, GET THE ORB BACK FROM THE CONSOLE > GG

1. Go to 60.2, 58.7
2. Pick up quest from orb
3. Click orb and click dialogue
4. Kill mobs that spawn, loot orb from them
5. Place orb on console
6. Loot chest
7. Place orb backThe annoying part here is #3 - the orb has a respawn timer of maybe 1-2mins after used by anyone, and if there's a lot of people you'll spend some time waiting. Be prepared to try to snipe it.
You turn in the quest to Preservationist Kathos who spawns nearby after the fight is over.
