TheWoWDBFor anyone else who sees the Ally of Dragons quest on the map but cannot get it, I had to fly just outside of Valdrakken in order for Herald Flaps to show up and give it to me.

I have this quest today on Season 1 launch, and she is not there at the top of the tower. What am I missing?
You'll have to do the new Campaign quest taking you to Tyr. Alexstrasza is there and after the completion of that quest, after receiving the Vaults of the Incarnate quest, you can then go back to the Tower and turn in this quest.
