In case you're wondering, you have to right click a Lunar Crucible Portal outside Moonguard Stronghold. Same place you get on the hippogryph for Air Superiority.
Speak with the NPC straight ahead, defeat [npc=115880], and receive your reward.
Fly to Irongrove Retreat, Suramar and then get the path following the south side of the river, starting around

/way 37.45 21.87 Portal to the bad guyOn the left side of the first NPC, there's the Lunar Crucible Portal. Click on it, you'll get teleported where you need to be. Talk to the NPC, and the rest is self explanatory :) You may want to use your Flight Master's Whistle to leave this place once you're done...
