TheWoWDBI just ran into a weird bug for this. Attempted to use the Flightmaster to get to Spires of Arak like usual, but its giving a "There is no direct path to that destination!" when choosing the "Please fly me to Spires of Arak."
Like what the heck. I've never had this problem before.

I had trouble starting this quest line on a new character after the Shadowlands level squish. I couldn't start the first or second quest in the chain since neither NPC would give me the quest. However, at 30 the third quest in the quest line The Shadows of Skettis showed up and I was able to do the quest line from there.
Why is this downvoted? The video is correctly showing what to do.

Description
I assume you're familiar with the arakkoa, commander? Great, flying birdfolk. Extremely territorial. Some, however, have withered wings - a disease, maybe. They seem to be outcast from arakkoa society. You find them now and then, squatting in forgotten ruins or peddling trinkets on the roadside. It seems the Iron Horde has incited the arakkoa by moving into their lands, and the outcasts are fleeing in droves. We should make contact with these outcasts - they could have valuable information.
