I am struggling to find the NPC for this quest. I have done the quests 1-5 from varenne's comment a while ago, but it seems that I need to be at the shadow realm to see the NPC. Is that correct?
I don't remember how to switch to the shadow realm. Can anyone shed some light?

Description

We must begin preparations for the Talon King's return. From within this realm, I can travel quickly to Veil Terokk. You, however, should be returned to the other side. You are powerful, and will attract unwanted attention.
