I completed the quest "Artifact Secured" but I did not receive the toy.
It is not in my bag, nor toy box or mail. It's been several days with relogging, reloading, completely exiting and turning off addons and any filters.
I contacted support, they basically said screw you you need to wait for a fix there's nothing we can do about it. Submit a bug report.
I tried completing the Secrets of Azeroth on an alternative character, but that stopped when the Tuskarr Ceremonial Spear was not given to me at the appropriate time.
The toy is now completely unobtainable, and it is blocking the progress on both the mount and the Secrets of Azeroth.
Just wanted to confirm. If you did the previous quest in the questline you should have the "Tricked-Out Thinking Cap" now but they didn't fix this quest so it's not possible to get the "Torch of Pyrreth". I submitted a bug report.
