Artifacts in the Wrong Hands

I present You Storyline Lost Ruins. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Azure Span which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1. Artifacts in the Wrong Hands - Quest start from [npc=196545] 65.93 25.29, go to 67.25 44.43
2A. The Ailing Apprentice - Loot 5 [item=194747] from [npc=192591].
2B. The Fending Flames - Collect 4 [item=195468] from [object=378052] /way 68.47 43.62 /way 68.48 46.02 /way 68.74 45.47 /way 68.03 43.01
2C. Kill it with Fire - Use [item=199928] to Destroy 10 Infected Corpses. /way 68.65 44.14 3 corps /way 68.40 43.81 /way 68.56 46.13 2 corps /way 68.53 45.71 2 corpses
5. Back into the Action - Press on [npc=196501] She is next to NPC.
6. What the Guardian Beholds - Slay [npc=196377] and loot [item=200067] /way 69.53 43.59 tower platform
7A. Whispered Fragments - Get 40 [item=200110] drop from mobs.
7B. What Valthrux Once Was - Find 4 books: [object=381570], [object=381571], [object=381572], [object=381573]:

9. No One May Wield It - Speak with [npc=196501].
10. Good Intentions - Go cave /way 70.41 43.86, go to end of it and slay [npc=196737] then destroy the artifact [npc=196773]. I'll be honest, a very nice cave, you can see that the designer left the rest. This quest finishing Storyline.

Well that's about the hardest I've laughed at any one quest in a long while.

Note that this is a breadcrumb quest, and it's possible to get the next set of quests in the chain from Kattigat without completing this one. If you do, and complete those as I did before I knew about this quest, this quest will no longer be accessible from Polky.
