TheWoWDBAlliance can take the portal in Stormwind to Twilight Highlands. Though it's a bit faster to just take the portal in Boralus to Ironforge, then fly over to Grim Batol.

This quest turns-in at Eryna in Twilight Highlands (just outside Grim Batol, on the pillar to the right).
While turning in the quest, turn on "Track Pets" and tame a Twilight Whelpling outside of Grim Batol while you're there.
It will drop a Young Twilight Scale which gives a quest that you also turn in to Eryna that rewards 11g70s and Champions of Azeroth reputation (I got 403 rep).
