In 2026, you can easily get this quest by doing the following:
- Create an allied race
- Go to chromie and choose Shadowlands
- Skip, so you get to Oribos.
- Accept the auto-quest that pops up
- Skip when you get to Tal-Inara
- Choose a covenant
- Then the table in front of him has 5 options! Choose Battlegrounds and there is your quest!
This quest is available for your alt characters that choose The Threads of Fate (skipping Shadowlands main story quests). You can get it from the map that [npc=159478] says to choose from.
Next quest in chain - Battleground Observers.
