If you're a passenger on a transport (mount), get off before the person you're with goes through the portal. Otherwise, you fall off and die. (Which is weird, as you fall inside the portal, but land and die outside of it...meaning, you didn't really fall at all.)
The new version of this does not award rep. very frustrating reported bug to blizzard.
Behind Enemy Portals is a world quest added with patch 7.2.
Step 1 : go to the Deliverance Point fly.
Step 2 : stand on the portal in 50, 55 (/way 50, 55) to be teleported.
Step 3 : Just kill [npc=117304]You earn 75 points for [faction=2045]
