Dantalionax is a demon the final boss transforms in to. So don't waste time worrying the whole dungeon where the guy is.
The spider boss (Ancient Widow) is in one of the side rooms along a spiral staircase you'll end up going up, so keep an eye out.
Which difficulty are you suppose to do this on? Normal or Heroic?
To answer my own question, you can do it on any difficulty except mythic+.
