TheWoWDBGo behind Black Rook Hold. Up the half circle stairs into the questing area. Once in through the upper opening, take a sharp left and both quest items are in the building.
One is on the quartermaster mob and the others are just on racks.

You have to collect 5 pieces of armor at Black Rook Hold Castle in Val'sharah. It's easier to enter the castle from the back entrance at 38.71, 57.8, nearest flight point is Bradensbrook. [item=129973] is inside the building at 40.9, 51.4, collect it and get back to [npc=98931] in Dalaran.

The [item=129973] for Black Rook Bandit isn't farmed from mobs.
It's displayed around the room with [npc=99402], who you have to kill anyway for his [item=129974], which is needed for the other adjacent leatherworking quest Too Good To Pass Up.

Description
I've heard rumors of a grand castle in Val'sharah that's known to house an impressive army. Surely, the armor they wear ain't made of sticks and hay. I'm willing to bet they've fashioned some mail armor at some point fer their troops and it's just sitting there, ripe for the taking. How about ye head over there and see what ye can "borrow" from their armory.
