TheWoWDBYou have to join group to [zone=7805] instance to do this quest. [item=138988] — it's a drop from first boss of instance — [npc=98542]. But dont leave asap when you got item, you have to make full run and defeat [npc=99611] (final boss) to finish the task. Only then you can get back to Ritssyn.

Cannot be completed on Mythic+, as you can't loot the Amalgam; the final boss kill doesn't count into the quest either.
There are now issues here with over-gearing: One-shotted both of them, so Latosius does not cause the transformation that leads to the appearance of Dantalionax.
This is currently a requirement as both the Unclaimed Soul AND the redemption of Ravencrest are required for quest completion.
Solved by doing this fight nude and targeting Kur'talos only.

Description
In order to create the anchor, we'll need to link something of Shinfel's to an unclaimed soul. The soul will act like a beacon, guiding Shinfel through the Twisting Nether, and back to Dreadscar Rift. Shinfel's staff should provide us with the link we need, but the soul will be a bit harder to find. Dwelling within Black Rook hold is an amalgam of souls, some lost and forgotten. Killing this monstrosity should provide us with the soul we need.
