It's is now possible to fly to him without danger for the Horde.

With 310% flying, I flew from Mist's Edge to Ruttheran Village, then west along the coast to the north part of Darnassus, fly into Darnassus, do quest, and back the same way. Never met an Alliance guard.

My fatique bar while crossing The Veiled Sea came to 50%.
