TheWoWDBWorthwhile noting that [item=139000], the item you are looking for, is in the Fiendish Vault is on the isle of Faronaar in Azsuna.
There are tons of tiny caves in the area, but the entrance to the large cave called the Fiendish Vault is at [34.8, 49.8]. You have to work your way up the ridge to higher elevation to find it.
[npc=109504] is a Rare vignette mob in the back of the cave; the corpse of the Dwarf you are looking for is almost under his feet and the sword appears only when you walk over the corpse, so you don't really have much of a choice but to kill [npc=109504] first.

Fun fact: the former owner of the Thunderfury, the dead dwarf you see in the quest, seems to be an easter egg of the first player to get the legendary item: Wray of Immortality in 2005.

Description
So the Earthen Ring wishes to resurrect my master? <Highlord Demitrian laughs maniacally.> I knew this day would come! At last, humanity understands the power of the Windseeker! When Prince Thunderaan was slain at the hands of treacherous mortals, his soul was trapped within the sacred blade Thunderfury. To resurrect my master you will need to find his sword and return it to Skywall. Last I heard, the betrayer who stole my master's sword traveled to the Broken Isles to fight demons.
