take the nice cloudy-ring portal back to your class hall. Head south along the class hall strip. Pass the fiery ball and keep going. He's by one of the menhir stones in the fiery-ball area.

Description
You have my thanks, mortal for bringing about my rebirth. However, thanks alone would not be honorable. I know that the Earthen Ring seeks to save Azeroth from the Burning Legion. I will pledge my sword, and the armies of Skywall to the aid of Azeroth. When the time for battle arrives, and the Earthen Ring stands upon the battlefield against the Burning Legion, the Windlord shall stand with you.
