TheWoWDBThis 123 lvl rare and will be hard to solo. With beginning gear you will probably also need a healer and maybe even a tank. It is basically a 5-men rare. But i was able to 3-men it with a healer. You can probably 2-men, but it would take too much time. Hp pool and dmg is similar to some normal-heroic lvl boss.
It is just hard world quest rare, nothing more. No achievement, no extra loot or anything special.

On This WQ you need to kill Rare Elite [npc=134643] You can find him out side Terrace Of The Devoted on beach in cave. Best way is find raid ( is many ppl doing will be no problem with find it ).
