Mor'Fani has a chance to drop [item=162616]
This piece is good for 119 twinks due to the azerite trait resounding protection.
For horde members It's not hard to get 3 pieces with this trait as their dungeons (horde / alliance dungeons aren't cross faction until max lvl) drop gear with this trait. For alliance however, none of their dungeon pieces have this trait.
So if you're alliance you can get a helmet with it from collecting the 12 tortillan scrolls and this chest piece.
