TheWoWDBJust kill the guards and arcane revenants in the area and loot the arcane foci. Note that the drop rate is ridiculously low... I killed 10 mobs before getting a single one and was beginning to think an action was required to loot the items. But nope... just another horrible grind of a quest.

There must be some sort of prerequisite or something to this quest. Using Zygor Guides on an alt, this quest is not available.
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(73142)) says false on both my main (that I KNOW did this) and my alt (that I know hasn't done it yet).

Description
Malygos left behind forces to monitor us while we slept. He's gone, but his minions are still here, making life difficult for everyone. Scouts have seen them using Arcane Foci. I think we could make better use of them. Go collect some. Their security forces might put up a fight, but that won't be a problem for you, will it? <Cindrethresh snorts.> Maybe they'll take the hint and leave.
